These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding apparatus spanning the operational interplay between Vakilpedia Legal Technologies ("Vakilpedia", "we", "the platform") and you, an individual legal practitioner or civilian entity exploiting our proprietary SaaS resources. By engaging with EvidenceHash or injecting queries into CourtQue, you manifest explicit conformity with these conditions.

2. EvidenceHash Operational Scope

EvidenceHash formulates unadulterated cryptographic payloads derived from standard browser Web Crypto parameters.

2.1 Purely Facilitative Mechanism

Vakilpedia serves merely as a mathematical calculator for SHA-256 strings. The user holds 100% legal onus regarding the authenticity, evidentiary value, and judicial admissibility of the raw digital files they inspect. We make no representations that producing a hash string inherently satisfies complex jurisdictional precedents under Section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act or the allied Bhartiya Saksh Adhiniyam legislation without supplemental manual verification.

3. CourtQue Subscriptions & Webhooks

CourtQue actively monitors the free, publicly accessible High Court of Madhya Pradesh display board. Vakilpedia acts as a proxy parsing agent—meaning we strictly echo changes reflected on the source systems.

  • Scraper Tolerances: CourtQue possesses finite tolerance thresholds. Should the primary High Court domain experience routing outages, technical timeouts, or alter its DOM structure spontaneously, Vakilpedia is absolutely immune from damages arising out of a failed WhatsApp execution layer.
  • Billing Protocol: Premium tiers ("Daily", "SOLO", "Professional", "Chambers") are orchestrated via PhonePe. Subscriptions execute concurrently and are absolutely non-refundable once the target items span our active webhooks.

5. Governing Law

Disputes emanating from the utilization of Vakilpedia's engines naturally vest in the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts situated in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, governed universally by the substantive laws of India.
