What this is, and what it is not
Affidavit Maker drafts the affidavit. An affidavit has effect only once it is sworn or affirmed before an Oath Commissioner, Notary or Magistrate, on the stamp paper your State and purpose require — those steps, and filing, stay with the deponent.
