Refund & Cancellation

1. Digital Service Policy

At Vakilpedia, we provide digital legal tools and automated alerting services (EvidenceHash & CourtQue). Since our products are digital and provide immediate access upon activation, we follow a strict refund policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time using the following methods:

  • On WhatsApp: Send the command STOP to immediately cease all automated alerts.
  • Manual Cancellation: Reach out to us at info@vakilpedia.com to terminate your account.

Note: Cancellation stops future alerts but does not trigger a refund for the current active period.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • "Daily Pass" subscriptions.
  • Cases where the user has already received automated alerts for their cases.
  • Partial use of a monthly subscription.

However, we value our users. If you have experienced a prolonged service outage (greater than 48 hours) or a double payment due to a technical glitch, we will initiate a full refund.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and will be credited back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking) via our payment partner, PhonePe.
